Site & load assessment

We model your load profile, gas availability, permitting envelope, and emissions baseline. You receive a fixed-price proposal with guaranteed uptime, heat rate, and energization date.

MONTHS 1–4

Engineering & permitting

Our in-house team handles civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls design. We secure air permits, gas interconnect, and local approvals in parallel — not in series.

MONTHS 4–14

Build & commission

Enerfission's team manages build and commissioning. Factory-acceptance-tested gensets, modular switchgear, and SCADA integration. We deliver on schedule and target.

Operate & guarantee

24/7 NOC dispatch, predictive maintenance, fuel management, and continuous emissions monitoring. You pay a single capacity charge with transparent fuel pass-through.
